How It Works

example
Subject: Young woman with red hair, wearing a black hair clip and cherry blossom branches in her hair. Scene: Outdoor setting, likely a cherry blossom garden or park. The background is softly blurred with a bokeh effect of pink cherry blossoms, creating a dreamy and serene atmosphere. The time appears to be during the day, with natural sunlight illuminating the scene. Composition: Close-up portrait shot, focusing on the woman's face and upper shoulders. The camera angle is slightly above eye level, capturing the subject from a three-quarter view. The cherry blossoms are positioned in the upper left corner, framing the subject's face and adding depth to the composition. The rule of thirds is applied, with the subject's face aligned along the right vertical third. Lighting: Soft, natural sunlight coming from the front-left direction, creating gentle highlights on the subject's face and hair. The lighting is diffused, with minimal harsh shadows, emphasizing the softness and natural beauty of the scene. There is a subtle rim light on the subject's hair, enhancing the separation from the background. Style: Photorealistic with a soft, dreamy quality. The texture detail is high, capturing the natural skin texture, the delicate petals of the cherry blossoms, and the fine details of the hair. Negative: No watermark, no logo, no extra limbs, no gibberish letters, no unreadable text, no bad anatomy, no cropped face/hands unless requested.

Image to Prompt — FAQ

What is Image to Prompt?
An Image to Prompt generator converts an image into a reusable text prompt by describing the subject, scene, composition, lighting, and style—so you can recreate or iterate on similar visuals with AI image models.
How do I use Image to Prompt on Z-Image?
Upload an image (drag & drop), then click Generate Prompt. Copy the result, edit if needed, or click Generate with Z-Image to create a new image.
What types of images work best?
Clear images with a well-defined subject, good lighting, and minimal blur work best. Use higher-resolution images to capture fine details like fabric texture, product finish, or small typography.
What image formats are supported?
We accept common formats (JPEG, PNG, WebP). For uploads, the UI limits file size (recommended <= 10MB). If you provide a data URL, ensure your provider supports inline images; otherwise use an externally hosted HTTPS URL.
How do you handle text that appears in the image (typography)?
If you provide `provided_text` or set `typography_present=true`, the generator includes a Typography section and enforces verbatim rendering. The system validates that provided text appears in the returned Typography section; otherwise the output is rejected.
Do you store my uploaded images?
We process your image to generate the prompt. Check our Privacy Policy for retention details. If you offer “temporary processing only,” state it clearly on the page.
Is the Image to Prompt tool free?
Offer a free trial or free daily quota. If there’s a limit, show remaining uses and what’s included in the free tier.
When does the daily usage reset?
If you use daily limits, reset at a consistent time (e.g., midnight PT) and display the next reset time in the user’s timezone near the usage counter.
What’s included in the prompt output?
Typically:Subject (who/what);Scene (where/when/background);Composition (camera angle, framing, layout);Lighting (key/fill/rim, softness, shadows);Style (photo/illustration/3D, materials, texture);Optional: Negative prompt + aspect ratio hints
